ASUS Tech Support

My computer has problems.  It has blacked out twice for no good reason at all after  two months!!!  Now I have to send it into tech support to fix it up.  And by the way, the fan is so loud sometimes that you can hear it nice and clear from ten feet away!!!  What the heck is wrong with it?!?!  Please let me know in the comments if you have any ideas besides tech support, because tech support will probably take a few weeks!!!
