You know what I hate? Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. You know what I like? Beating it up. Obsessive means thoughts, Compulsive means actions. Disorder means mix-up. That's what OCD is. You think you are going to/have done something you won't/didn't. To get rid of it you need to raise your anxiety (pressure) by not listening to OCD. So believe me, why not explode of stress? Plus, OCD seems to add general stress, just to add to the anxiety bucket. In a few weeks I might be rid of it!
